I can't say enough about the service provide by Fisher Heard. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We had requested service because our A/C was low on coolant, and we needed to know why. Fisher was extremely thorough, walking through every step of the system trying to detect a leak, or diagnose any other problem. He was kind enough to explain each test that he was doing, and what each result meant. Most importantly, he shared his professional knowledge effortlessly in a manner that a layman could follow. Additionally, he left the worksite cleaner than it was when he arrived. Top marks all the way around!

I've been using 4 Seasons Heating and Air for many years now and I've always been pleased with their services. Twice a year, they come out for preventative maintenance on our units. They have also replaced 2 of our units over the last few years. Today, Fisher Heard was my maintenance guy. He was very nice and polite. He also wore the protective coverings on his feet to protect our carpet. If you are looking for a heating & air company, this is the one to call!

This team was very responsive, with excellent communication and follow up. I met on separate occasions with their service rep and their service tech and both impressed me with their thoroughness, knowledge and level of professionalism and provided me with expert guidance. The only reason we did not use this company was due to the fact that they recommended that we not replace our system. Based on my interaction with them, I feel this is a company that I can trust.

This company is AMAZING. Last week the air conditioner on our main floor died. They came out within a few days and had us running again. This week the air conditioner on our top floor died and once again Bill and the awesome installers have us fixed up in a matter of days. Last summer they replaced the unit in our basement, so I might not need them again for a while, but I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to help and keep you cool!

Four seasons must do a great job of hiring, vetting, and training employees. Ivan is our technician and he is absolutely excellent! He not only is courteous but extremely thorough and professional at his work. One thing that really drives me crazy about past HVAC technicians is that they always left a mess. Strips of wiring, insulation fragments, tape pieces, etc., were always left in the work area around the unit. Ivan always cleans up and neatens up his work. He is also extremely knowledgeable about all issues with HVAC. I have asked that he and he alone be our technician for good! Thank you 4 seasons for finding this most talented young man.Bob Hewlett

10 years of service by this company including major installs, ductwork rerouting and more. Prompt, competent, professional technicians. One downside- if your maintenance agreement lapses, you may lose the maintenance visit unless you call and petition not to. Otherwise, it’s just a really great company on a vital component of your home. Had the same tech forever, etc, and now have Robert. Seems very clear he fits the mold exactly.

Going on my second year for my Lennox system. I bought the base model and it is great.Reasonable utilities cost. Easily cools on the hottest days In winter it heats with much less dehumidifying compared to my old furnace. Installation was top notch .I strongly recommend both this system and 4 Seasons . July in Georgia is not when you want your air conditioning to go out! Suffering in 90 degree heat I made a phone call the quite a few AC providers. four seasons was one of the only few that called me back and was able to get someone out the same day! Aaron arrive within hours and was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix my issue. Even though I was under warranty, I feel like the labor charge was reasonable and a service professional. Would not hesitate to call these guys again in the future.

Great company.Great service.Great employees.My old unit froze up and I called and was fortunate to work with Ilene, their company representative.She came out the same day and sold me a better unit than the competition for $2000 less than Estes.....and I have a service plan with Estes.She had people out the next day. They worked from 7:30am until 7pm and completed the removal of the old unit and the the major installation.Everyone was nice and courteous. They stayed late to complete in one day because they did not want our children uncomfortable. They really went the extra mile!!!!I highly recommend them. Ask for Ilene, she is the best!!!!
